TERMS, CONDITIONS AND PRIVACY POLICY

By participating in any programs, training sessions, or events hosted by D.R.E.A.M Hoops, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Our sessions are defined as followed:

• 1-on-1 Sessions are private, personalized sessions focused on individual skill development.

• Group Training involves multiple athletes and focuses on team-style drills, fundamentals, and conditioning. A $10 deposit is required for all individual sessions.

Payments

All training sessions must be scheduled in advance. Payments can be made online at the time of booking or in person before the session begins. All payments are nonrefundable but can be transferred with proper notice.

Liability Waiver

A signed waiver is required before participating in any D.R.E.A.M Hoops training or D.R.E.A.M Academy activities. No athlete may train or participate without a completed waiver on file.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend a scheduled training session, you must cancel or reschedule at least 4 hours in advance. Manage your sessions through the Client Portal by selecting “My Sessions.” If you haven’t created an account, please sign up to access booking tools. Your deposit will be transferred to the next available session if proper notice is given.

The D.R.E.A.M Academy Youth League is a developmental program for boys and girls in 1st–6th grade (ages 6–12). The league will run from May 2025 through early August 2025. The cost is $150 plus taxes and fees, which covers registration, uniforms, and gym space. League payments are final. There are no refunds, and payments cannot be transferred to training sessions.

Players and volunteers can register online at www.dreamhoops616.com/play. Registration closes Friday, May 9, 2025. Regular updates regarding schedules, changes, and other league-related details will be shared via email and on our social media pages:

Training Sessions and. Or Events may be canceled or delayed due to weather or unforeseen facility issues. These situations are beyond our control. Parents and participants will be notified as soon as possible. Rescheduled dates and details will be announced at a later time.

By participating in any D.R.E.A.M Hoops or D.R.E.A.M Academy activities, you consent to the use of photos or videos taken during sessions or events for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please notify us in writing before participation.

D.R.E.A.M Hoops respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we keep it secure.

Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information when you register for training sessions, league participation, or use our website:

• Parent/guardian and participant names

• Contact information (email, phone number, address)

• Participant age, grade, and emergency contacts

• Payment details (via third-party processors — we do not store card information)

• Waiver and registration form responses

Your information is used to:

• Schedule training sessions

• Register athletes for league participation

• Communicate updates, schedules, cancellations, and events

• Process payments for services or gear

• Keep emergency contacts on file for safety purposes

We may also send occasional marketing emails related to new programs or events.

We use secure, third-party systems to manage bookings and payment processing. Access to your information is limited to authorized staff and coaches. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with outside parties.

D.R.E.A.M Hoops programs are designed for youth and adult participants; however, our website, registration system, and communications are intended for use by parents or legal guardians enrolling minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. All information submitted through our site must be provided by an adult.

Participation in D.R.E.A.M Hoops programs and events is at your own risk. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur before, during, or after participation.
