By participating in any programs, training sessions, or events hosted by D.R.E.A.M Hoops, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

D.R.E.A.M. Hoops offers flexible monthly memberships, training, and shooting sessions for male and females athletes of all skill levels.Group Training is available through a monthly membership and focuses on basketball fundamentals, skill development, conditioning, and competitive gameplay.Private Training provides one-on-one instruction tailored to each athlete's individual goals and is available through a monthly membership.Dynamic Shooting Sessions are available for individual booking and are designed to improve shooting mechanics, consistency, and confidence through high-intensity drills.PaymentsMembership fees are due at the time of purchase and renew automatically each month until cancelled.Dynamic Shooting Sessions must be booked in advance and may be paid online at the time of booking or in person before the session begins. All payments are non-refundable.Liability WaiverA signed waiver is required before participating in any D.R.E.A.M Hoops training or D.R.E.A.M Academy activities. No athlete may train or participate without a completed waiver on file.Cancellations & ReschedulingCancel or reschedule your training session at least 5 hours in advance if you are unable to attend. You can manage your scheduled sessions by visiting the Client Portal and selecting "My Sessions." If you don't have an account yet, please create one to manage your bookings.Membership sessions must be used within the current monthly billing cycle and do not roll over unless canceled by Coach Trey due to unforeseen circumstances. Dynamic Shooting Session payments may be transferred to the next available session when proper notice is provided.To cancel your membership, log in to the Client Portal and select "My Subscriptions." Membership cancellations must be completed before your next billing date to avoid future charges. Membership fees are non-refundable, and cancellation will remain effective through the end of the current billing cycle.

Training Sessions and. Or Events may be canceled or delayed due to weather or unforeseen facility issues. These situations are beyond our control. Parents and participants will be notified as soon as possible. Rescheduled dates and details will be announced at a later time.

By participating in any D.R.E.A.M Hoops or D.R.E.A.M Academy activities, you consent to the use of photos or videos taken during sessions or events for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please notify us in writing before participation.

D.R.E.A.M Hoops respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we keep it secure. Information We Collect We collect the following types of information when you register for training sessions, league participation, or use our website: Parent/guardian and participant names Contact information (email, phone number, address) Participant age, grade, and emergency contacts Payment details (via third-party processors — we do not store card information) Waiver and registration form responses How We Use Your Information Your information is used to: Schedule training sessions Register athletes for league participation Communicate updates, schedules, cancellations, and events Process payments for services or gear Keep emergency contacts on file for safety purposes We may also send occasional marketing emails related to new programs or events. How We Protect Your Information We use secure, third-party systems to manage bookings and payment processing. Access to your information is limited to authorized staff and coaches. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with outside parties.

D.R.E.A.M Hoops programs are designed for youth and adult participants; however, our website, registration system, and communications are intended for use by parents or legal guardians enrolling minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. All information submitted through our site must be provided by an adult.

Participation in D.R.E.A.M Hoops programs and events is at your own risk. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur before, during, or after participation.
